Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Technical Marketing Specialist in Sweden to promote bay-level protection and control solutions within substation automation systems. You will engage with customers and cross-functional teams worldwide to translate technical needs into compelling value propositions.

The role requires hands-on experience with protection and control IEDs, strong communication, and willingness to travel. The position offers competitive compensation and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with protection and control IEDs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical needs into effective solutions.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Work with pre-sales activities of bay-level protection & control equipment as standalone products and integrated within substation automation system solutions.
• Engage with customers, internal sales and technical teams across markets, countries, and regions to promote Hitachi Energy’s bay-level products and solutions.
• Support product qualification and homologation of Hitachi Energy solutions.
• Create and deliver presentations to end-users both face-to-face and online to drive demand through technical promotion.
• Prepare training content and certify internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, adhering to company policies and business-ethics codes.
