Job summary

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in regulated delivery projects, a technical master's degree, and strong Swedish/English communication. Security clearance is part of recruitment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in development- and delivery projects in a regulated environment.
• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Experience in technical solution development and engineering coordination.
• Experience from the nuclear industry (domain knowledge).
• Driver's license required.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial delivery projects.
• Support business opportunities and tenders.
• Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates.
• Follow up on business opportunities and support the sales process.
• Collaborate with sales, fuel organization, and other engineering teams or departments.
• Engage directly with customers, including ensuring in-person meetings.
• Support equipment development and modification based on customer needs.
• Manage internal projects for developing methods and equipment.
• Build knowledge and user experience of our equipment and support maintenance.
