Job summary

Embark Studios is seeking a Technical Lead for the Backend Delivery team to guide reliability, developer experience, and platform tooling. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with design and product, and shape architectural decisions for a shared backend platform.

In this role you will drive CI/CD, observability, and multi-tenant infrastructure, while fostering best practices, scalability, and efficient developer workflows across teams.

• Solid background from software engineering and architectural leadership.
• Experience in high-paced engineering organizations with CI, scalability, and automation.
• Experience with diverse partners and navigating trade-offs in product/technical decisions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Lead for the Backend Delivery team, mentoring engineers and guiding architecture decisions.
