Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a Technical Engineer in Retail Payments, based in Stockholm, to drive payment initiatives across our global retail landscape. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure secure, modular payment solutions are delivered across markets and vendors.

You will lead governance improvements, drive accountability, and facilitate decisions with clear reporting. This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm.

Qualifications

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Technical Engineer within Retail Payments, you will play a key role in driving payment initiatives across H&M's global retail landscape. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, improve processes, and ensure successful delivery across markets, vendors and internal teams. You are a structured and proactive person who enjoys creating clarity, driving accountability, and turning decisions into action.

• Drive payment initiatives fromideato implementation across markets,vendorsand internal teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders, risks,dependenciesand delivery plans to ensure successful execution.
