Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a Team Manager System Solutions for HVDC C&P - IT/CS to lead IT and Cyber Security efforts within HVDC Control and Protection systems. You will guide a team of engineers, coordinate with HVDC engineers, and drive secure IT infrastructure across projects.

The role requires 8+ years in IT or Cyber Security, with 3+ in leadership, and fluency in English. Domestic/international travel is expected; hybrid work and health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT or Cyber Security, with at least 3 years in leadership or team management.
• Good understanding of network architectures, operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and ISO 27001.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
