TGW Group is seeking a Team Leader for our Västerås intralogistics project in partnership with ICA Sweden. You will oversee the Resident Engineering team, coordinate maintenance and improvements, and ensure on-site performance for a highly automated cold store.

You will work with Siemens S7 control systems, Profinet, and related networks in a challenging environment, including standing shifts and site-wide collaboration with the TGW maintenance team.

Formación

• Engineering qualification or equivalent local standard.
• Experience in an operational engineering role in a similar environment.
• Experience leading a team or mentoring team members.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens S7, Profibus, CAN bus, Profinet and ASI Bus.
• Ability to work in a time-critical environment.
• Strong proficiency in Swedish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Resident Engineering team.
• Support site performance using internal networks to identify improvements.
• Execute performance reporting, meetings, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure continuous improvement using DART and CMMS.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and planned/reactive repairs.
• Attend daily customer meetings and manage escalations.
