Thule Group in Sweden is seeking a Team Manager Soft Goods within the Active with Kids category. You will lead and develop a team of Soft Goods Developers, Pattern Makers, and Sewing Technicians to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

University degree required.
Extensive experience in soft goods development, preferably outdoor or lifestyle products.
Strong product development experience with solid understanding of soft goods and textile development, including manufacturing processes and construction methods.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Soft Goods Developers, Pattern Makers, and Sewing Technicians to deliver our product portfolio.
Coordinate work and resources across development projects to deliver smart, stable, and technically sound solutions on time and at the right cost.
Recruit, develop, and coach team members, creating an environment for growth and ownership.
Contribute to methods, processes, and efficient ways of working within Thule Soft Goods and ensure quality of technical documentation.
While leading, stay hands-on in product design and development within project teams and collaborate across functions.
