You will recruit, coach and empower a team of developers, pattern makers and sewing technicians, coordinate across projects, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree and extensive soft goods development experience.
• Proven people management skills with track record of coaching.
• Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem solving.
• Experience leading cross-functional product development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Soft Goods Developers, Pattern Makers, and Sewing Technicians, ensuring the right expertise and resources.
• Coordinate work and resources across development projects to deliver on time and at the right cost.
• Recruit, develop and coach team members to foster growth and ownership.
• Contribute to methods, processes and efficient ways of working within Thule Soft Goods.
• Occasionally contribute hands-on to product design and development within project teams.
