Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a talent acquisition professional to join our EMEA team in Sweden. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with leaders to forecast needs, source diverse talent, and drive a positive candidate experience.

The role offers hybrid or remote work arrangements and a competitive salary range. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with Danish or German considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate, high-volume, full-cycle recruitment environment.
• Proven ability to source and recruit talent across various functions and industries.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to advise, influence, and build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; additional proficiency in Danish or German is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across functions and levels.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs, and Talent Management to understand workforce needs.
• Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to inform decisions.
• Identify and leverage sourcing channels to attract active and passive candidates.
• Ensure clear communication with hiring managers and maintain accurate data in ATS.
• Drive process improvements to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer management.

• Provide market insights, industry knowledge, and recruitment expertise to influence hiring decisions and support talent acquisition strategies.
• Identify, recommend, and leverage innovative sourcing channels to attract active and passive candidates across multiple functions and industries.
• Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process while maintaining accurate recruitment data and system updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing recruitment processes, tools, and the overall experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Work Environment: This role supports central functions and offers flexible work arrangements including hybrid or fully remote options, subject to role requirements and manager approval.

Hiring Range: 420000- 560000 SEK gross per year - The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks. Depending on these factors, the actual offer may fall above or below the posted range.

Incentive Plan: The position is eligible for a bonus under the bonus system communicated by the company at each occasion.
