Job summary

Precis Digital is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to own the Sweden recruitment lifecycle for our Media and Client teams. You will map the market, run outbound sourcing campaigns on LinkedIn and other channels, and ensure a transparent, prompt candidate experience.

You will build warm pipelines for recurring roles, represent Precis at industry events, and collaborate with local hiring managers and the People team to align on hiring priorities in Sweden.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment with sourcing and outbound outreach.
• Experience recruiting in digital marketing, agency, or tech ecosystems.
• Analytic, data-driven approach to sourcing with advanced search techniques.
• Excellent bilingual communication in Swedish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
