If Insurance in Stockholm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for IT/tech and business roles, partnering with hiring leaders to deliver a great candidate experience.

You will join a diverse TA team in Bergshamra and Gothenburg, contributing to employer branding and driving HR projects. The role offers hybrid work and strong growth opportunities within a leading Nordics insurer.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources or related field.

About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at If you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring leaders. Your responsibilities will include recruiting for both IT/tech and business roles, as well as contributing to employer branding initiatives. Together, we aim to create a positive and inspiring candidate experience, ensuring the right person finds the right role.

About The Team

You will join a welcoming, skilled, and inclusive team that supports and motivates each other in daily work. The team consists of 8 TA Partners in Bergshamra and Gothenburg, as well as 3 part-time coordinators. You will also be part of the larger TA organization, comprising over 20 dedicated TA professionals.

In addition to working closely with your HR colleagues, you will have daily interactions with hiring leaders, as well as key stakeholders from the business. who will support you in succeeding and growing in your role. As a key business partner, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the organization.

• A university degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within IT/tech and business roles
• Experience with sourcing and headhunting
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
• Experience driving employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies
• Experience coordinating or driving projects
• Interest in and experience with HR systems and recruitment technologies
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
• Experience from a recruitment agency or search firm is an advantage
