If-Skadef is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/tech and business roles, collaborating with hiring leaders to deliver a high-quality candidate experience and support employer branding efforts.

You will join a welcoming TA team with a hybrid work setup in Bergshamra/Stockholm, occasional travel, and a focus on collaboration with HR colleagues to make a real impact in the Nordics.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources.
• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in IT/tech and business roles.
• Sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Experience driving employer branding initiatives.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Your responsibilities will include recruiting for both IT/tech and business roles, as well as contributing to employer branding initiatives. The team consists of 8 TA Partners in Bergshamra and Gothenburg, as well as 3 part-time coordinators. You will also be part of the larger TA organization, comprising over 20 dedicated TA professionals.In addition to working closely with your HR colleagues, you will have daily interactions with hiring leaders, as well as key stakeholders from the business. who will support you in succeeding and growing in your role.
