Job summary

CTEK is seeking a Development Manager – System and Product Development to lead and grow our System Engineers and Technical Product Owners. You will blend people leadership with deep technical knowledge to clarify requirements, scope, and priorities across functions.

You will report to the CTO and guide resource planning, risk management, and process improvements while ensuring alignment with our Cornerstones: Innovation, Passion and Trust.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in product development organizations.
• Leadership experience within systems engineering or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop System Engineers and Technical Product Owners.
• Clarify requirements, scope, and priorities, aligning functions.
• Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies.
• Plan resources across product lines and projects.
• Model and improve systems engineering processes.
