Job summary

Mycronic AB (publ) is seeking a Systems Architect to define, develop, and evolve robust, scalable architectures for its PCB Assembly Solutions. You will connect engineering disciplines and translate business and customer needs into technical direction, gaining hands-on experience with products and customers.

You will lead cross-functional development across software, electronics, mechanics and mechatronics, while exploring AI opportunities to push product innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar.
• Experience in systems architecture for complex hardware–software products.
• Strong English communication and ability to lead technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align cross-functional technical development of hardware, software, mechanics and mechatronics as an integrated system.
• Explore and drive the use of AI to deepen product understanding and development.
• Lead workshops and facilitate discussions around business and technical needs, balancing architecture with detail.
• Support sales at customer-specific development by performing requirement analyses and product definition.
• Establish, develop and share knowledge of current and future manufacturing technologies.
