Job summary

Mycronic is seeking an IT Manager for the PCB Assembly Solutions division. You will bridge business needs with IT, guide digital transformation, and shape the division's technology strategy in a global setting.

The role combines leadership with hands-on ownership of critical applications and collaboration across sites, including Sweden. You’ll lead a small team, drive AI-enabled improvements, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements while partnering with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 4–5 years IT management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong IT/OT understanding in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with CRM and Field Service platforms such as SugarCRM and ServiceMax.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or similar ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the division’s IT and OT roadmap aligned with business priorities and corporate strategy.
• Drive digitalization initiatives and identify continuous improvement opportunities across the organization.
• Explore and implement AI‑driven solutions that create tangible business value through automation and analytics.
• Own and manage key business applications including SugarCRM, ServiceMax and MYPlace 2.0, with lifecycle management.
• Act as the primary IT representative for the division towards internal and external IT stakeholders.
• Manage external IT and OT suppliers in collaboration with IT Indirect Sourcing.
• Represent the division in Tool Steering Groups (TSGs) and lead CLM initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity requirements and regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain documentation, risk assessments and business continuity plans for division-owned applications.
• Prepare and manage the annual IT/OT budget and investment planning.
• Lead and develop a team of Application Managers and IT/OT Specialists.
