We Offer

A strategic role where you will have a significant influence on the direction of our world-leading Jet Printing product.
The opportunity to work with new technology and contribute to innovation together with our Jet Printing core development team of 15 specialists across software, mechanics, electronics, configuration management, testing, product management, as well as collaborate with a wide range of functions across the company.
A culture of innovation and collaboration, working together at our Kista office.
Work tasks
As a Systems Architect, you will lead the definition, development, and evolution of robust, scalable, and sustainable system architectures. You will provide the architectural perspective that connects our engineering disciplines and helps translate business and customer needs into technical direction. To do this effectively, you will invest the necessary time to truly understand our products and customers. This includes gaining firsthand experience of their perspective by using our systems during experiments, exploring new opportunities, and developing a deep understanding of how our solutions are used in practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and align cross-functional technical development, ensuring that software, electronics, mechanics, and mechatronics work together as an integrated system.
  • Explore and drive the use of AI to deepen our understanding of the product, identify new opportunities, and improve how we develop and evolve our solutions.

  • Support sales at customer-specific development by performing requirement analyses and product definition.
  • Establish, develop and share knowledge of current and future manufacturing technologies.
We are looking for

You are a true team player with an open and positive mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a global, fast-changing environment. You bring a pragmatic approach to product development, knowing when to push for improvements and when to recognize what already works well. You communicate clearly and effectively with people across different roles and areas of expertise, and take a thoughtful, structured approach to moving work forward, understanding what needs to be done, which competencies are needed, and when to involve the right people.

Furthermore, you have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar.
  • Solid experience in systems architecture for complex products combining hardware and software.
  • Solid knowledge of systems engineering, both theoretical and practical.
  • Experience translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong ability to lead technical discussions and drive decisions.
  • Experience leading technical projects or product development activities.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

It will be considered a merit if you have:

  • Knowledge of Swedish.
  • Proven experience in exploring and driving the use of AI in product development.
