Job summary
Mycronic AB (publ) in Sweden seeks a Systems Architect to lead definition, development and evolution of robust, scalable architectures for our PCB Assembly Solutions. You will connect engineering disciplines and translate business needs into technical direction while gaining hands-on understanding of our products and customers.
You will collaborate with software, electronics, mechanics and mechatronics teams, explore AI opportunities, lead workshops, and support sales with requirements analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar.
- Solid experience in systems architecture for complex products combining hardware and software.
- Solid knowledge of systems engineering, both theoretical and practical.
- Experience translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong ability to lead technical discussions and drive decisions.
- Experience leading technical projects or product development activities.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technical development ensuring software, electronics, mechanics and mechatronics work together as an integrated system.
- Explore and drive the use of AI to deepen product understanding and identify opportunities.
- Lead workshops and facilitate discussions around business and technical needs; balance architectural view with technical details.
- Support sales at customer-specific development by performing requirement analyses and product definition.
- Establish, develop and share knowledge of current and future manufacturing technologies.
