Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in System Engineering, Product Development, or System Architecture.
• Strong expertise in requirements engineering, system design, integration, and architecture development.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs and technical teams.
• Knowledge of SDV, E/E Architecture, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, Connectivity, and Cloud enabled vehicle technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system level functional specifications and requirements based on product needs.
• Define complete system architecture, solution concepts, and integration strategies.
• Manage global function targets and coordinate end-to-end function owners across teams.
• Lead system decomposition and allocation of requirements to subsystems and components.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable components, technologies, and design alternatives.
• Coordinate integration across Vehicle, Powertrain, Chassis, Connectivity, ADAS, Energy Management, and Digital Services domains.
• Ensure architecture compliance with ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ASPICE, UNECE R155/R156, and customer development processes.
• Ensure successful system integration, validation, and performance achievement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, safety, cybersecurity, verification, and product management.
• Drive technical reviews, architectural governance, and engineering best practices.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to influence future product strategies.

Role Overview The System Architect - Senior Expert is responsible for defining and driving end-to-end system architecture, functional specifications, and system requirements aligned with overall product objectives.
