Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Swedish-speaking candidates to join an international airline customer support team in Athens, Greece. You will assist passengers, travel agencies and corporate clients with flight bookings, changes and refunds, while learning airline reservation systems such as Amadeus.

You’ll receive training, relocation support, and the chance to gain international experience in travel and aviation.

Qualifications

• Speak Swedish fluently.
• Have a good level of English.
• Enjoy helping people and solving problems.
• Are comfortable learning new systems.
• Are organised and service-minded.
• Are interested in travel, aviation or international work.

Responsibilities

• Support passengers, travel agencies and corporate customers with their journeys.
• Book and manage flights for customers.
• Change existing reservations and cancellations.
• Explain ticket rules, fares and policies to customers.
• Provide travel information and resolve booking issues.
• Support corporate partners and travel agencies.
