Next Job Abroad seeks Swedish-speaking talent to join an international airline customer support team in Athens, Greece. You will handle flight bookings, changes and passenger support while learning airline operations and Amadeus-based systems.

Training is provided. The relocation package includes a flight to Athens, two weeks of hotel upon arrival, housing assistance and ongoing international career development opportunities in travel and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish speaker with good English communication.
• Willingness to learn airline reservation systems and policies.
• Strong problem-solving and courteous customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers, travel agencies and corporate customers with bookings and changes.
• Process cancellations, refunds and fare rule explanations.
• Provide travel information and support across multiple channels.
• Resolve booking issues and ensure smooth customer experience for a major airline.
• Support partners and agents to maintain high service standards.
