Job summary

Next Job Abroad seeks Swedish-speaking candidates to join an international airline customer support team in Athens, Greece. You will handle flight bookings, ticket changes and passenger support while learning how airline operations behind the scenes work.

Training is provided and you’ll gain practical experience with Amadeus and airline reservation systems, expanding opportunities in travel, aviation and international work.

Qualifications

• Speak Swedish fluently.
• Have a good level of English.
• Enjoy helping people and solving problems.
• Are comfortable learning new systems.
• Are organised and service-minded.
• Are interested in travel, aviation or international work.
• Are ready to live and work in Athens.
• Previous customer service, travel or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support passengers, travel agencies and corporate customers with their journeys.
• Help customers book and manage flights.
• Change existing reservations.
• Assist with cancellations and refunds.
• Explain ticket rules, fares and policies.
• Provide travel and flight information.
• Support travel agencies and corporate partners.
• Resolve booking-related customer issues.
