Job summary

BMI Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety and Environment operations across Sweden, based at our plants in Jönåker or Vittinge.

You will lead regulatory compliance, risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement, collaborating with HR and site managers.

The role requires fluent Swedish and English, knowledge of ISO 14001/45001, and strong IT skills; you will help raise safety culture in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and professional English proficiency.
• Experience implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience in an international, multi-site business environment.
• Proficient with productivity suites and IT systems (Google Workspace, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance and management system oversight across Sweden.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, and improvement plans.
• Manage incident response, emergency preparedness, and investigations.
• Develop annual HSE action plans and KPI reporting.
• Deliver HSE training and engage cross-site network.
