Job summary

BMI Sverige seeks an HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety and Environment operations across Sweden, based at our Jönåker or Vittinge plants. You will partner with HR to drive safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead ISO-aligned programs across multiple sites.

You will implement training, conduct audits, and report KPIs to the Nordic HSE Manager, fostering a culture of continuous safety improvement in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and professional English proficiency.
• Experience implementing ISO 14001 and 45001 preferred.
• Experience in an international, multi-site business environment.
• Strong IT and productivity software skills (Google Workspace or MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance management across Sweden and sites.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain HSE programs and ISO-aligned systems.
• Coordinate training and continuous improvement initiatives across sites.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to drive safety culture and KPI reporting.
