Job summary

BMI Group is seeking an HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety and Environment operations across Sweden. Based at our plants in Jönåker or Vittinge, you will partner with HR and site leaders to ensure regulatory compliance, incident prevention, and continuous safety improvements.

You will lead risk assessments, audits, emergency planning, and training programs, while reporting to the Nordic HSE Manager. Fluency in Swedish and strong English, ISO 14001/45001 experience, and ability to drive safety

Qualifications

• Proven HSE experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong regulatory compliance capabilities.
• Experience in training others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HSE regulatory compliance across Sweden's plants and warehouses.
• Plan and perform risk assessments and site audits.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and track annual HSE action plans and KPIs.
• Deliver engaging HSE training and share knowledge across sites.
• Coordinate with local authorities and external inspectors.
