Job summary

Eccoci AB is seeking a dedicated SW Test Leader to drive verification and validation of software for civil aviation systems in Sweden. You will lead testing activities, coordinate a local team, and ensure compliance with project and certification requirements.

You will develop automated test solutions and environments, plan test activities with engineers and developers, and review requirements for testability and coverage. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in software testing, verification or quality work.
• Experience leading teams or coordinating test activities in complex development projects.
• Good understanding of software development processes and testing methodology.
• Experience with test automation and modern testing tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly and create engagement in cross-functional teams.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SW Test Leader who wants to take a leading role in verification and validation of software for aeronautical systems.

You will be responsible for leading the testing and verification work for software used in civil aviation. Further more, you will be involved in building a local team to work on set verification goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and develop automated test solutions and test environments

• Review requirement specifications to ensure testability and complete test coverage

Experience and Competence

It's an advantage if you have:

• Aerospace, defense or other safety-critical industry experiences
• Certification standards such as DO-178C, ARP4754A or similar
• Embedded systems, real-time systems and avionics experience
• Requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
