We are looking for a Java software developer to join our Agile team. By developing and improving our in-house testing platform, you will play a key role in building the next generation of fighter jet electronic warfare systems. We value open communication, knowledge sharing and a work-life
balance Your main task will be to ensure high reliability and smooth testing processes. This is done by developing an internal testing platform that enables other teams to test and verify our embedded system. To thrive in this role, you like to work closely with other teams to ensure fast feedback loops.

• Develop and test Java code for our internal testing platform.
• Create automatic test cases that ensure the quality of our electronic warfare system.
• Write and improve code with a focus on robustness, efficiency and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and analyze advanced technical issues
• Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in code quality and working methods.
• Collaborate closely with other developers in an agile team and be involved in the development of innovative and technologically advanced solutions.

We are looking for a person with a strong drive to learn, experience with Java and who thrives in Agile environments. Previous Java development, knowledge of C/C++ and background in test automation are highly meritorious, along with a natural ability to collaborate and solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements:

• University education (Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Engineering) in a relevant subject, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in software development
• Excellent skills in Java
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Proactive and reliable team member with good communication skills

Qualifications:

• Experience in test development and testing of embedded systems
