Job summary

Coloplast seeks a Sustaining Engineer, Lifecycle Management, to lead changes across our existing product portfolio and coordinate with R&D, Marketing, Production and Process Development. The role is based at the Hörby site with optional home/ Malmö office 1–2 days per week.

You will manage documentation, participate in risk assessments, and drive improvements to ensure product quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with products, injection molding, and/or adhesives.
• A few years of Change Control, RA, Quality, or Production.
• A relevant academic degree in materials, engineering, or chemistry.
• Project management skills and the ability to coordinate workstreams with clear deliverables.
• Experience with SolidWorks is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

About the Role

As Sustaining Engineer, you will manage change controls and lifecycle activities across our existing product portfolio. You will join a cross-functional team coordinating product and process changes with R&D, Marketing, Production, and Process Development.

The role is based at our production site in Hörby, with the opportunity to work from home or the Malmö office 1–2 days per week, depending on business needs.

Your main responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate changes to existing products and processes in accordance with established procedures.
• Update and manage technical product documentation.
• Be primarily responsible for specific products or product groups.
• Participate in risk assessments andidentifyimprovements to product and quality processes.

About You

We are specifically looking for someone who brings:

• Experience with products, injection molding, and/or adhesives, possibly combined with a chemical background.
• A few years of experience in Change Control, RA, Quality, or Production.
• A relevant academic degree in materials, engineering, or chemistry.
• Project management skills and the ability to coordinate workstreams with clear deliverables.
• Experience with SolidWorks is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
