Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a Data Analyst for a 14‑month fixed-term parental leave cover. The role focuses on developing high-quality analyses for Resource Use and Circularity sustainability needs, leveraging Power BI and SQL within a collaborative Tech Sustainability team in Corporate Tech Domain.

You will work across OKRs, KPIs, data products, and model evaluation. You will collaborate with data analysts, program manager, and data engineers to deliver analytics that inform sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Statistics, Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI as data visualization and reporting tool.
• High proficiency in SQL.
• Proven ability to independently lead data projects and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong experience with data modelling and connectors (BigQuery, SharePoint).
• Experience with Google Cloud, data quality and testing.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the added value of product/team work and follow up KPIs via OKRs.
• Data discovery, building data products, testing and evaluating model outputs with cross-functional collaboration.
• Solve complex problems by turning data into business insights through advanced analytics and communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Frame problems with stakeholders, explore large data sets, prepare data for analyses.
• Create and maintain documentation to help stakeholders understand data and analyses.
• Share knowledge in Communities of Practice to foster learning.
