Job summary

IsaDora Cosmetics is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to own purchasing flows in a dynamic production environment. You will manage purchases in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, coordinate with Production Planning, Logistics and NPD, and ensure materials and supplier data are accurate.

The role is permanent and full-time with a hybrid setup, requiring a minimum three days weekly at the Malmö HQ. Strong Swedish and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operational purchasing or supply chain planning.
• Hands-on purchasing experience from a manufacturing/production environment.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, esp. purchasing and order management.
• Strong purchasing competence including supplier communication and order follow-up.
• Experience managing deviations and ensuring material availability.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing raw materials and full flow responsibility for concepts and suppliers.
• Create and manage purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier information in BC.
• Manage supplier contact, order follow-up and delivery monitoring.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and proactively handle delays and deviations.
• Secure sufficient inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials.
• Coordinate purchasing activities with Production Planning.
• Support new product development together with NPD.
• Create and update master data in BC and PIM.
• Monitor transfer orders to 3PL and verify supplier invoices.
• Contribute to improvements in purchasing processes and material flows.
