Job summary

Axis Communications is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Application Specialist for Supply Chain, based in Lund or Linköping. You will lead the design, configuration, and ongoing improvement of our Dynamics 365 supply chain processes within the ERP & PLM team.

The role requires deep Dynamics 365 knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record in ERP transformations across a multi-site, global organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business-facing roles, as a consultant or inside a larger organization.
• Experience contributing to or leading larger transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
• Experience with frameworks such as the SCOR model, or with Dynamics 365 supply chain processes.
• Experience from a global, multi-site organization is a bonus, as is familiarity with ERP around the ERP, such as PLM or Demand- and Supply planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis, and turn business needs into scalable solutions
• Design and configure our Dynamics 365 solution for supply chain processes, and know when to configure, when to extend, and when to change the process instead
• Contribute to solution design and architecture decisions alongside our architects
• Take an active role in ERP transformation and implementation initiatives
• Lead the dialogue with stakeholders across functions and regions, and bring them to a shared answer
• Safeguard end-to-end process consistency across the ERP landscape
• Support and improve our ERP platform continuously
