Job summary

IsaDora Cosmetics is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to own purchasing flows in a dynamic production environment. You will manage purchases in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, coordinate with Production Planning, Logistics and NPD, and ensure materials and supplier data are accurate.

The role is permanent and full-time with a hybrid setup, requiring a minimum three days weekly at the Malmö HQ. Strong Swedish and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operational purchasing or supply chain planning.
• Hands-on purchasing experience from a manufacturing/production environment.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, esp. purchasing and order management.
• Strong purchasing competence including supplier communication and order follow-up.
• Experience managing deviations and ensuring material availability.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Job description

Do you have hands‑on purchasing experience from a production environment and solid experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner who wants to take ownership of the purchasing flow and contribute to efficient supply chain operations. To succeed in this role, you must have worked operationally with purchasing in a manufacturing or production environment and be confident using Business Central as part of your daily work.

You will join a tight‑knit Supply Chain team where your contribution has a direct impact on material availability, inventory levels and business performance.

The role

As Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for purchasing and securing smooth material flows for selected concepts and suppliers. The role combines operational purchasing, planning, supplier coordination, system management and continuous follow‑up.

A key part of the position is managing purchasing activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will therefore need a strong understanding of purchasing processes within the system and be comfortable using it independently in your daily work.

You will work closely with Production Planning, Logistics and NPD, acting as an important link between suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The role is a permanent, full‑time position. You will report directly to the Supply Planning Manager. We offer a flexible workplace, with a minimum of three days per week at our Malmö HQ.

Key responsibilities

• Purchasing raw materials, with full flow responsibility for assigned concepts and suppliers
• Creating and managing purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Maintaining accurate purchasing and supplier information in Business Central
• Managing close supplier contact, including order follow‑up and delivery monitoring
• Monitoring inbound deliveries and proactively handling delays and deviations
• Securing sufficient inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials
• Coordinating purchasing activities with Production Planning
• Supporting new product and development projects together with NPD
• Creating, maintaining and updating master data in Business Central and PIM
• Monitoring transfer orders to 3PL
• Verifying supplier invoices and handling supplier claims
• Contributing to improvements in purchasing processes, system usage and material flows

Who we are looking for

You are structured, proactive and comfortable taking operational responsibility in a dynamic production‑related environment. You understand how purchasing decisions affect production planning, material availability, inventory and delivery performance.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience within operational purchasing or supply chain planning
• Hands‑on purchasing experience from a manufacturing or production environment
• Solid working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly within purchasing and order management
• Strong purchasing competence, including supplier communication, purchase order management and delivery follow‑up
• Experience managing deviations and securing material availabilityStrong collaboration and communication skills
• Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience as a superuser or key user in Business Central or another business system
• Experience driving or participating in improvement projects
• Experience working with master data and process development
