Job summary

Barrington James is partnering with a Swedish health and wellness company developing wearable neuromodulation medical devices to hire a Supply Chain Manager in Stockholm. You will own end-to-end supply chain, coordinating with manufacturing partners, logistics and commercial teams to ensure reliable fulfilment for D2C and B2B.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in supply chain, operations or logistics, startup/scale-up experience, and a background in MedTech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Logistics.
• Start-up / scale-up experience.
• Background in medical devices or MedTech.
• Comfortable working across e-commerce, logistics and business systems; Shopify experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable building processes from the ground up.

Supply Chain Manager | Medical Devices | Stockholm, Sweden

I’m currently working with a Swedish health and wellness company developing innovative wearable neuromodulation medical devices, focused on delivering a premium experience for consumers.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join the growing team and take ownership of the company’s end-to-end supply chain, acting as the key operational link between suppliers, manufacturing partners, logistics and internal commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the complete product flow from manufacturing partners through warehousing and fulfilment to customers and commercial partners


• Maintain visibility across production, inbound shipments, inventory, orders, fulfilment and outbound deliveries.


• Continuously improve relevant supply chain SOPs and processes within the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that operations are performed in accordance with approved procedures and applicable requirements.


• Coordinate with future US supply chain/operations resources and logistics partners while maintaining alignment with the central supply chain


• Ensure reliable fulfilment across both D2C and B2B channels.

The Ideal Profile

• 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Logistics


• Start-up / scale-up experience


• Background in medical devices or MedTech


• Comfortable working across e-commerce, logistics and business systems; Shopify experience is an advantage


• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable building processes from the ground up


• Strong communication skills and fluent English; Swedish is an advantage


• Experience working with external manufacturers and/or 3PL partners.


• Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or demand planning, ideally in an international environment.
