Job summary

Academic Search International is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across hardware delivery, warehousing, inventory, and logistics. You will build a scalable, cost-efficient supply chain aligned with growth and customer demand.

You will partner with internal teams, suppliers and service partners in an international context, establishing clear SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement programs while maintaining strong focus on quality and on-time

Qualifications

• Structured and commercially minded leader with experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or operations.
• Experience managing suppliers and partners, balancing stock levels and improving operational processes.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) as working language.
• Experience with international supplier networks is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-quarter supply chain strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, prioritise and manage departmental resources.
• Ensure hardware is delivered on time, within scope and according to customer requirements.
• Take ownership of warehouse operations, inventory management and kitting.
• Maintain stock levels while reducing unnecessary costs and capital tied up in inventory.
• Establish and monitor relevant KPIs for delivery performance, cost, quality and stock.
• Manage suppliers, logistics providers and service partners in line with the company's strategy.
• Establish and maintain clear, up-to-date SLAs with external partners.
• Work closely with the Sales Back Office team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify risks, improvement opportunities and solutions that support the company's strategy and roadmap.

Supply Chain Director

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain Director to lead and develop our end-to-end supply chain - from suppliers and warehouse operations to kitting and final customer delivery. You will be responsible for building an efficient, flexible and scalable supply chain that supports customer demand and the company's growth ambitions, while working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external service partners.

Who we are looking for

You are a structured and commercially minded leader with experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or operations. You are comfortable working at both a strategic and operational level and have a strong ability to turn plans into measurable results.

You have experience managing suppliers and partners, balancing stock levels and improving operational processes. You communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams and thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities may change.

As English is the working language across the company, fluency in both written and spoken English is required.

Experience with hardware deliveries, technology products, kitting or international supplier networks is an advantage.

What success looks like

You have established a clear and well-functioning supply chain strategy, improved delivery reliability and created a cost-efficient setup that can scale up or down as needed. Supplier and service partner agreements are clearly defined and actively managed, and the supply chain supports both customer expectations and the company's long-term growth.
