Job summary

Billerud is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics System Specialist to support daily OTC and logistics operations across SAP and related systems. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Master Data and IT to ensure smooth order-to-cash flows and accurate business transactions in an international environment.

The role emphasizes operational support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Senior Manager Business Support.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Good understanding of supply chain and OTC processes.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Experience investigating transactional issues and applying structured problem-solving methods.
• Experience working with EDI processes and integration platforms.
• Ability to analyze EDI transactions and troubleshoot data flow issues.
• Interest in continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Strong Excel skills.

We are looking for aSupply Chain&LogisticsSystemSpecialistto join our Business Support team. In this role, you will support daily Order-to-Cash (OTC)andlogisticsoperationsandhelpensure stable, efficient, andaccuratebusinesstransactionsacross SAP and related systems. You will play a key role in supporting the business, resolving operationalEDIissues, and contributing to continuous improvements across the supply chain&logisticsprocess.

This is a temporary position. Start date asapuntilendof2027.

About the role

As aSupply Chain & LogisticsSystemSpecialist, you will support daily customer orderandlogisticsprocesses while acting as a key point of contact for operational and system-related questions. You will work closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Master Data, and IT teams to resolve issues, support business users, and improve process performance.

The role combines operational support, troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement in an international environment.

You will report to SeniorManagerBusiness Support.

Your main tasks will be:

• Support daily Order-to-Cash (OTC)andlogisticsoperationsin SAP and related business systems.
• Monitorand process transactions related to customer orders, deliveries, billing, and master data.
• Investigate and resolve operational issuesimpactingcustomers, order fulfillment, andlogisticsexecution.
• Analyze transactional and integration-related issues andidentifyroot causes.
• Troubleshoot order, delivery, inventory, transportation, invoicing, and EDI-related issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, IT teams, and integration partners to resolve incidents and improve processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives byidentifyingrecurring issues and supporting long-term solutions.

Qualifications

• Universitydegree in IT,Engingeering, Economics, or related field.
• Good understanding of supply chain and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Experienceworking with SAP ERP.
• Experience investigating transactional issues and applying structured problem-solving methods.
• Experience working with EDI processes and integration platforms.
• Ability to analyze EDI transactions and troubleshoot interface and data flow issues.
• Interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Good knowledgeinExcel.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is considered an advantage.
• - Experience from a manufacturing company is considered an advantage
