Atlas Copco is seeking a Supply Chain Developer in Stockholm to join the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team. The role bridges production, supply chain and commercial operations, turning data into practical improvements and guiding central planning with hands-on experience.
In this hybrid role based in Sickla, you will analyze demand, capacity and inventory, develop dashboards, and lead initiatives across functions to drive better decisions. English fluency is required.
Do you have hands‑on experience in production planning and enjoy turning data into better decisions? Join our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team within Industrial Technique Business Area as a Supply Chain Developer. You will help connect central planning with operational reality, strengthen our S&OP process and improve how we use data, processes and digital tools to make decisions.
Your role
You will work at the intersection of production, supply chain and commercial operations. A key part of your contribution will be bringing practical production‑planning insight into central planning discussions and helping turn decisions into workable improvements.
Your time will be divided between the recurring S&OP cycle and development initiatives. You will analyse demand, forecasts, capacity, inventory and service levels, identify root causes and recommend practical actions. You will also contribute to improvements in processes, systems, analytics and digital ways of working.
You will collaborate with colleagues across functions and geographies. Some initiatives will be led by you, while others will be delivered together with specialists and stakeholders across the organization.
The role reports to Sales & Operations Planning Manager.
Experience with Power BI, SAP or another enterprise resource planning system, Integrated Business Planning, statistical forecasting, digital planning tools or AI‑enabled solutions is an advantage, but not a requirement.
We value different perspectives. We encourage you to apply if your experience matches the core requirements, even if you do not meet every preferred qualification.
At Atlas Copco, we believe that there is always a better way. Here, you will have the freedom and responsibility to use your experience, challenge existing ways of working and turn ideas into improvements that make a difference. You will join a collaborative, international environment where we learn from each other, value different perspectives and grow by taking on meaningful challenges. Just as importantly, we are curious about what you will bring to the role and committed to supporting what you want to learn and achieve next.
The position is based in Sickla, Stockholm. We have a hybrid work setup, with approximately three days per week at the office and flexibility to work remotely when suitable for the role and the team.
Our process includes application screening, interview rounds and assessments. Reference checks and a background check will be completed for the final candidate.
