Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Supply Chain Developer in Stockholm to join the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team. The role bridges production, supply chain and commercial operations, turning data into practical improvements and guiding central planning with hands-on experience.

In this hybrid role based in Sickla, you will analyze demand, capacity and inventory, develop dashboards, and lead initiatives across functions to drive better decisions. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production‑planning experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of S&OP, including demand, forecasting, supply, capacity and inventory planning.
• Strong analytical skills; translate data and trade-offs into actions.
• Experience improving supply chain processes or ways of working.
• Fluency in English; professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Support key parts of the recurring Sales & Operations Planning cycle and prepare analyses and recommendations for decisions.
• Analyze demand, forecasts, capacity, inventory and service levels; identify root causes and improvements.
• Develop or improve KPIs, reports and dashboards.
• Lead or contribute to process, system and digital development initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, commercial teams and Customer Centers to clarify requirements and follow through on actions.
• Help colleagues adopt data‑driven tools and ways of working.
