About the Role

You will take ownership of a portfolio of suppliers within Third‑Party Equipment and help shape global category strategy in an international, engineering‑driven organisation operating in food packaging and food processing. In this role, you work closely with business stakeholders, supplier management functions and external partners to secure the right supplier set‑up for both current needs and long‑term growth. You will combine market insight, commercial judgement and technical understanding to strengthen the supplier base, support project delivery and improve portfolio competitiveness. Job Description

• You align targets and priorities with business stakeholders and key functions to support growth and profitability.
• You scout the supplier market across a broad range of products, including CAPEX‑intensive categories, and identify partners that strengthen the overall offering.
• You lead strategic sourcing initiatives and support stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• You drive supplier negotiations, contracting and performance follow‑up.
• You develop and manage the supplier base using established supplier management processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards.
• You collaborate across engineering, product management and supplier management functions to create strong and sustainable supplier partnerships.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or consulting within global organizations, with exposure to engineering and product management functions.
• Proven track record in supplier management activities including sourcing, contracting, negotiations and strategy execution.
• Very good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Fluent Swedish, both written and verbal.
• Ability to complete a pre‑assignment drug test.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the food packaging and/or food processing industry.
• Experience in process engineering, partner integration or portfolio integration.
