Job summary

Avaron AB is seeking a Project Manager for International Business Systems to lead end-to-end deliveries across multiple teams and countries. You will coordinate initiatives from concept to delivery, aligning scope, timelines, and business goals with stakeholders and senior leaders.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and development teams in a Troika model to connect business priorities with technical direction and execution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project management or delivery-focused role.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in complex organizations.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across functions.
• Relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams, countries, and business units.
• Plan, coordinate, and drive initiatives from concept to delivery while keeping scope, timeline, and business goals aligned.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and cost estimates to support predictable delivery.
• Create strong collaboration between business stakeholders, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and development teams.
• Follow project progress closely, communicate status clearly, and support timely decisions.
• Identify risks early, manage dependencies, and drive mitigation actions when needed.
• Help teams work effectively in both Agile and traditional Waterfall delivery environments.
• Act as a key link between business and technology throughout the full project lifecycle.

About the Role

You will lead business-critical projects in an international organization where teams, systems, and business needs must come together across multiple countries. The role sits at the intersection of delivery, technology, and business, with responsibility for creating structure, momentum, and clear alignment in complex initiatives.
