Your contribution to the transition to fossil-free energy
Welcome to the Fuel Factory! Here we manufacture nuclear fuel and control rods for delivery to customers in the Nordic region, Europe and other parts of the world. We have a complex production flow and the production includes all steps from incoming uranium powder to finished nuclear fuel cartridges and control rods. We divide our fuel factory into nine manufacturing units and an equal number of production management areas.
In recent years, we have seen large increases in product mix and volumes and are now in a growth phase with major investments in our staff, our leaders and our facility.

As a production supervisor, your main area of responsibility is to lead the team. You are responsible for the full staff and work environment to achieve the unit's results. These results include safety, quality, production volume, cost, staffing, and improvement work. This includes:
You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and be part of the unit's cross-functional management team.
To thrive here, we believe that you have previous experience of working as a production manager with personnel responsibility in the manufacturing industry, or experience in another leading role.
