This position involves organizing technical documentation and ensuring its accessibility within the document management system CHESS. Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Engineering.
Good communication skills in English required.
Basic knowledge of content management systems and document structures.
Very good knowledge in Excel and preferably Python scripting.
Responsibilities
Support to structure data from ePlan for import into CHESS.
Organize part library and manuals in CHESS.
Relocate documentation from Installation Binders to CHESS.
Collaborate with team members to ensure user-friendly content.
