Job summary

Lumera AB is seeking a Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in Lumera Core and the life and pensions domain to connect customer needs with technical solutions.

You will work with technical and business stakeholders to ensure requirements, data flows, and architecture are well understood, while supporting teams and projects as a domain expert.

• Ability to discuss system behaviour, data flows, and architecture.
• Experience with SQL and Groovy is a plus.

Job description

Are you passionate about both software development and the life and pensions industry? Do you enjoy being the link between technology, business processes, and customers in an organisation that values collaboration, quality, and continuous learning?

Lumera is a market-leading Insurtech company, and we are looking for a Subject Matter Expert, experienced in working with Lumera Core and the life and pensions domain.

In this role, you will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders, using your expertise to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions.

What's the role about?

• Support development teams with requirements, business knowledge, and solution discussions.
• Support projects and customer teams with your area of expertise. Your involvement may range from answering internal questions to contributing part-time to projects and customer initiatives.
• Act as second-line support, handling both incidents and service requests.
• Help ensure we deliver smart, sustainable solutions that are aligned with our standards and product strategy.
• Work closely with Product Owners and development teams to evolve and strengthen the insurance domain.
• Incorporate AI-supported working methods as a natural part of daily work. We'll make sure there's a healthy balance and that your focus is placed where you can create the greatest value.

What do you need to bring?

• Experience working with Lumera Core and the life and pensions domain.
• Technical skills, with the ability to understand and discuss system behaviour, data flows, and architecture.
• Experience with SQL and/or Groovy is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• The ability to build trust and act as a bridge between business and technology.
• Experience working with AI-powered tools and integrating AI into daily workflows is considered a merit.
