Axis Communications AB in Lund is seeking a student to join the HR Helpdesk at our HQ. You will support employees and managers with HR matters via phone, face-to-face and our internal system, while handling HR administration tasks such as contracts and time reporting.

We value a structured, proactive and service-minded attitude, with studies in HR or similar. The role requires Swedish labor law knowledge, Office 365 skills (Excel/Word), and strong English/Swedish communication.

Competenze

• Started university studies in Human Resources or similar field of study.
• An interest in Swedish labor law and The Swedish model.
• Knowledge in Office 365 package, especially Excel and Word.
• Very good English and Swedish skills (written and verbal).
• Experience from working in a customer focused role.
