• Proven track record in emerging markets (Latin America, Africa, etc.).
• Ability to structure delivery strategies in emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Recommend execution strategies and delivery models.
• Estimate project management and engineering efforts.
• Lead Execution Reviews and ensure compliance with governance practices.
