Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a Tender Controller to join the HVDC product group in an international, fast-paced environment. You will act as a strategic finance partner to the Tender Manager and Capture Team Lead, preparing financial analyses and securing strong performance across multiple tenders.

You will consolidate tender costs, develop cash flows, and identify actions to optimize cash flow while supporting risk assessment and mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or tender controlling.
• Strong financial knowledge with degree in finance or related field.
• Ability to consolidate large data and present insights to management.
• Integrity, transparency and safety awareness.
• Results-driven mindset with process improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
• Consolidate tender cost view from multiple functions and convert to customer price.
• Develop full tender cash flow based on planning input and cost data; advise on actions to optimize cash flow.
• Support Tender Manager & Capture team lead in compiling risk list.
• Identify risks related to cash flow, financial exposure and FX; propose mitigations.
• Demonstrate Hitachi Energy’s values of safety and integrity in actions.
