Job summary

Hitachi Energy HVDC in Ludvika, Sweden is seeking two Senior Tender Managers to lead our bid strategy for large, complex projects. You will coordinate a multi-disciplinary team across technical, legal, tax, insurance and commercial functions to craft competitive offers and manage client relations in a global market.

The role requires at least five years in major tenders or large-scale system sales, English fluency, and proven ability to work with international teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in large complex tenders or system sales.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft bid strategy for specific projects and manage client relations.
