Job summary

Blykalla is seeking a Technical Proposal Manager (Cost & Engineering) to drive technical proposals and cost estimations. This role is pivotal in aligning engineering solutions with commercial offers and requires a strong engineering background. You will lead projects, manage RFIs, and ensure competitive cost foundations for our innovative nuclear technology solutions.

The ideal candidate has 7-12 years of relevant experience, particularly in capital-intensive projects, with strong skills in cost modeling and communication.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of relevant experience in engineering and cost estimation.
• Strong understanding of CAPEX, OPEX, and lifecycle modeling.
• Experience with scenario analysis or Monte Carlo risk modeling is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work in customer processes and own RFIs, proposals, and offers.
• Define and align offering scope and system configuration.
• Develop and maintain bottom-up estimates ensuring clear assumptions.
