Job summary

Blykalla in Stockholm is seeking a Project Controls Lead to own the schedules for two flagship programs, including an electrical test demonstrator and the SEALER reactor design development. Qualifications

• 4–7 years planning and scheduling experience in complex technical or engineering-heavy environments.
• Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Solid grasp of WBS structures, activity networks, critical path method, baselining, and progress measurement.
• Experience integrating inputs from multiple engineering disciplines and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and own the integrated project schedules for the two programs.
• Build WBS-based schedules with engineering, procurement, and site leads—define activities, logic, durations, and resource needs.
• Run critical path and what-if analyses, identify slippage early, and propose recovery options.
• Support and facilitate technical risk assessment workshops with engineering.
• Establish and manage baselines, track progress, and provide clear schedule reporting for management.
• Coordinate schedule interfaces across engineering disciplines, suppliers, and partners.
• Help build the project controls function in Sweden—processes, templates, tools, and reporting standards.
• Grow the scope toward cost integration, earned value, and schedule risk management.
