Job summary

Sway Sourcing is seeking a procurement professional to join our team in Stockholm to develop and drive strategic sourcing across complex product categories with a focus on technology and industrial suppliers.

You will collaborate with project managers, product teams and contract owners to align supplier capabilities with cost targets and roadmaps, while overseeing performance and escalation processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing.
• Ability to develop contracts that support the intended commercial outcome.
• Relevant legal and commercial experience, together with an interest in contractual matters.
• Experience building and managing productive supplier relationships.
• Sound judgement and confidence in making decisions with incomplete information.
• A committed, results-oriented approach and the ability to motivate others.
• Previous experience in an industrial or technology-driven organisation.
• Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing activities for the business area’s products.
• Manage commercial relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Negotiate and establish contracts that reflect business needs and commercial objectives.
• Source materials and services.
• Align sourcing plans with product, project and technology priorities.
• Monitor supplier performance and support the resolution of escalated issues.
• Build, manage and continuously improve supplier collaboration.
