Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an exceptional Category Manager to shape the Marketing and Communication services portfolio. You will drive strategic sourcing initiatives, build strong supplier partnerships, and champion innovation across the category, delivering value through cost optimization and reliability.

You will lead negotiations, translate global contracts to local solutions, and ensure compliance while advancing sustainability and performance across international teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, marketing, or related field; advanced education/certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in supply chain for indirect categories (marketing/communications).
• Proven ability to build partnerships across functions and international teams.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship development experience.
• Solid project management and execution skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Leadership demonstrated through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Fluent in English; MS Office, MS Teams, Power BI, SAP Ariba proficiency.
