Job summary

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB in Sweden is seeking a Sales Manager in the Large Corporate Life & Pension unit to develop business with large employers and senior decision-makers. You will lead the sales process from initial dialogue to signed agreement and shape pension and insurance solutions with input from SEB colleagues.

Your role emphasizes building trusted relationships with clients, brokers, and advisers, coordinating internal experts to meet client needs and deliver tailored solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within occupational pension, life insurance or related area.
• Experience leading sales processes with large employers, including negotiation and closing.
• Strong knowledge of the occupational pension market and its key stakeholders.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and bring internal and external stakeholders together.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and manage a structured sales pipeline within Large Corporate.
• Lead client dialogues, tenders and negotiations through to signed agreement.
• Understand client needs and coordinate expertise across SEB to shape relevant solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, brokers, advisers and other partners.
